With a daily production capacity of 16 tons, our automated manufacturing process is designed to ensure the highest quality stability and productivity for our products.
Saccharification → Filtration → Concentration → Sterilization → Storage
We have invested in facilities that enable full automation across the entire process — from small-batch production to large-scale manufacturing of grain syrup and ionized malt syrup.
Container feeding
With a daily filling capacity of 20 tons, our facilities surpass the production capacity and scale of typical malt syrup filling lines in the market.
Filling
We prioritize local sourcing for our ingredients. NXSweets supports local farmers and businesses, ensuring fresh and quality products.
Packaging
Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art, fully automated container packaging system, capable of handling both small-scale and large-scale operations with equal efficiency. This advanced capability ensures that we consistently achieve the highest standard of precision and excellence in every package, positioning our factory as a truly outstanding leader in packaging quality.
